To summarise our terms and conditions for easy reading, we have created this page to highlight the specifics.

As syndicates are instantly organised upon you joining, then refunds are only due if you cancel within the first 14 days.

Cancellations within the first 14 days
All syndicates are instant join, meaning if you join on a Monday, you will have received and been entered into a syndicate participating within a draw on Tuesday. In every instance you will have already received the services, however, we will issue a refund upon your request, to receive a refund if cancelled within the first 14 days, you must contact us.

Refunds if we or you terminate the service
In a very rare instance, we reserve the right to suspend and or terminate your Account at any time at our sole discretion. We are not obliged to provide you with any reasons for doing so.

• If you terminate the agreement then we will not be required to make any refund;
• If we terminate your account and you have not participated in any draws for the period for which the payment was for, then we will issue a refund. Refunds will only be for the last payment amount and no more.
