Lottery hackers and how they did it

Lottery hackers, who they are?

Lottery hackers can be someone who loves math and probably very good on it. Someone who manages to solve the math loophole of the lottery number combination.  Just early this year, we heard about a couple won $27 million using Math. The husband and wife, Jerry and Marge Selbee managed to figure out how to hack the odds. Cheeky compiled two examples of the most recent cases.

Here’s how they did it:

  • These number patterns have a loophole that one couple able to solve and make them millionaires. Jerry Selbee is one of lottery player who realized that he could increase his chance to win the lottery.
  • By looking at the structure of the game, he can hack the lottery system and win it. He and his wife successfully netted $7.75 million once they figured out the system. The loophole of the WinFall lottery lays down from its own rules.
  • The rules that the player should guess six numbers in the drawing. The jackpot goes to anyone who picked all six numbers correctly. If no players picked all six, the next drawing winner the one who picked five, four, three or two. He calculates the numbers and finds a loophole.
  • The player can buy lottery on the roll downs for a better chance to win the lottery. Once he found the loophole, he buys thousands of tickets a day. He won $27 million by playing in overlap for over 55 weeks. The lottery was shut down and investigated for the loophole error.

However, lottery hackers can also hack the online system to win. An example of this case what Daniel Thompson and Idris Akinwunmi who hacked the National Lottery UK in November 2016. The two pled guilty to three for the three offenses and jailed. Thompson (28 years old) was jailed for eight months and Akinwunmi (21 years old) for four months.
