  • Ok that makes sense, Our voucher deals are only for 1 weekly draw. So once the week is over your numbers won't show. However, if your syndicate won the jackpot we'd call you and this would also show in your dashboard!

    Well that would normally only happen if you’ve tried to redeem, got halfway through the redemption process and then something happened like the website paused, your internet dropped for a second or some other magical technical issue. (Gasp for air after a long sentence with no full stops!)

    Don’t worry though, we can sort it pretty easily. We’ll hop on to see if it’s been partially redeemed, if so we’ll simply delete that partial redemption and then you’re free to sign back up.
  • Ok the first step is to redeem your voucher.

    You’d have been given a unique redemption link when you purchased the voucher. If you haven’t been given that unique link by the company you purchased the voucher from then please ask them.


    Once you’ve got the link all you have to do is follow the simple instructions, it’s really easy but if you do have any more issues then please come back here and we’ll see what else we can do.

    Once logged in you’re probably close to peeing with excitement and want to see your voucher deal, well on your account page you’ll see a button that looks identical to the below:

  • While we wish we had a crystal ball, we sadly don't have that superpower. If we could we'd buy millions of lottery tickets and be living on an island somewhere.


    So the only way we could have gotten your payment details is if you or someone with your bank details purchased a service from our website. We also don't store the card details at all, they're all stored by a regulated payment provider. We never see your payment details so it's super secure for you.

  • If you've purchased any of our games we may not be able to offer a refund, as when you pay we instantly assign you to a syndicate group and that space is allocated to you, not anyone else.


    However, we can look into it a little further for you if you feel like we've done something wrong.
